Hubdoc Support Xero Central

We’re excited to announce that Hubdoc support is now available in Xero Central!

As we support more accountants and bookkeepers around the world, we want to continue to provide a high level of service to all of our partners. By leveraging Xero’s award-winning support resources, we’ll be better equipped to support our customers, as well as make it easier for Xero partners to access Hubdoc support.

Please note: you can still get support directly from Hubdoc if you do not have a Xero organization – see below for details.

Accessing Hubdoc support via Xero Central

To access support via Xero Central, you must have a Xero login.

All links to access support in Hubdoc and on our website will now direct to hubdoc.com/support. Simply click Log in to Xero Central to be redirected to Hubdoc support in Xero Central.

In Xero Central, there will be a dedicated ‘Hubdoc’ topic through which you can search for support articles containing instant answers and information. Or, you can submit a specific Hubdoc support request via ‘My cases’, or through the ‘Get in touch’ link at the bottom of each page in Xero Central.

You can also become a Hubdoc pro by taking the new Hubdoc specialist courses (located in Xero Central’s ‘Learning’ resources).

You can still use our Helpdesk

Don’t have a Xero login? No worries! You can still submit tickets and access our Helpdesk using our existing system. 

When redirected to hubdoc.com/support, simply click Get in touch with Hubdoc support beneath the 'Log in to Xero Central' button. From there, you’ll be redirected to submit a support request.

Our Helpdesk will also continue to be accessible at support.hubdoc.com
