We’re excited to announce that Hubdoc will be included in select Xero plans on March 18, 2020!
Since we joined the Xero family in July 2018, we’ve been working toward a deeper integration between our products so that accountants, bookkeepers, and small businesses around the world can experience the benefits of seamless bookkeeping. This is the next step forward on what has been – and will continue to be – an exciting journey!
Which Xero plans will include Hubdoc?
From March 18, 2020, Hubdoc will be included as part of the following Xero plans:
- Early, Growing, and Established (USA)
- Starter, Standard, and Premium (Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe, Middle East, New Zealand, United Kingdom)
Please note that Hubdoc will not be included as part of Xero Cashbook or Ledger plans. If you’re not sure whether Hubdoc will be included in your Xero plan, please reach out to your Xero account manager.
What is going to change on March 18, 2020?
As of March 18, 2020, Xero organizations that are on the plans listed above and are connected to a Hubdoc organization will no longer be billed by Hubdoc. Hubdoc will be included as part of these Xero plans.
Please ensure that your clients’ Hubdoc organizations are connected to a Xero organization so that you’re not additionally billed for Hubdoc!
What if I don’t use Xero, or do not have clients connected to any of the plans mentioned above?
If you do not use Xero, or your clients’ Hubdoc organizations are not connected to any of the plans mentioned above, Hubdoc will continue to be available as a stand-alone product, and you will continue to be billed separately for Hubdoc. Hubdoc will continue to honor any applicable pricing discounts.
If you have clients that use a range of Xero plans, as well as non-Xero products, you will continue to be billed for Hubdoc for the clients that do not use Xero plans mentioned above.
